Our Employees
We thoroughly train our employees prior to sending them to a customers home. Our employees will not learn the do's and don't's of the industry at our customers expense. Unlike our competitors, we feel it is unfair to charge professional rates for untrained employees. After completing a two week training program our new hires must pass an overall evaluation to be dispatched to the field. We closely monitor the performance of our employees throughout their employment and retrain if and when applicable.
We pay our employees above industry scale and offer performance incentives to excel. We could allocate this money to provide bright shiny cars.....But, we feel happy, well paid employees tend to perform better.
We offer family friendly schedules for our employees. We realize forcing an employee to choose between the demands of a job and their family may produce negative results. Our employees will never rush through your cleaning as we build schedules to suit their lifestyles. We only dispatch employees who can commit to the schedule they have chosen.

$49 NSF fee for any returned check.
$50 Lock Out Fee.
That's it! We understand that life is ever changing and we are happy to accommodate any schedule change required....no fee necessary.
Guaranteed Arrival Time
Time is a precious commodity in today's world. When we say, "expect us at noon," we mean noon.
If you require a specific arrival time, just let us know. Should we fail to arrive as scheduled, we'll take $25 off your fee!
Additional Benefits For Your Peace Of Mind
All of our employees must submit to a background investigation and drug testing prior to hire. All employees arrive in uniform, are neat in appearance and carry proper company identification. We are licensed, insured, bonded and provide liability / property damage coverage as well.
